Today is Tim's 31st birthday. We celebrated last night by going to dinner at the 19 after church. Today, since we have been doing so much running around, Tim just wanted to stay home and do nothing....so that is exactly what we did. We spent the morning flipping channels, watching 3 different movies. Then we sat in the office and played computer games most of the 
afternoon. I made a tasty dinner of Jambalaya. And to finish the evening, we had some delicious ice cream cake that I made. There were seven layers of yummy goodness. I used strawberry cheescake ice cream. Oh yeah. I'm glad I only made a 9x9 pan of it, cuz we would be in trouble! Happy Birthday hon, many Birthday Blessing to you!
