It came furnished with pretty much everything you would need. (except a cutting board!) It was called "The Paris-Lindbergh". The most interesting aspect of the cabin was that there was a bathtub pretty much in the kitchen. Maybe that's how they do it in Paris?
Thursday night we barbecued some shish-ka-bobs and played games.
Friday morning we rented a pontoon boat for a half-day of fishing on Seeley. It was supposed to be pretty rainy most the day, but it held off for us while we were out there. We didn't catch a thing (mom and dad caught teeny tiny little rainbows) but it was fun to cruise around. It was so peaceful out there.
After our fishing excursion, we had lunch in town and mom and I checked out the quilt shop. We kicked back at the cabin for the rest of the afternoon just relaxing on the deck and doing a little shore fishing.
Saturday morning, we woke up to a wall of fog on the lake. It was so quiet and almost eerie. There was one little fishing boat you could barely make out in front of the cabin. But once the sun started to rise it didn't take long for the fog to burn off.
We headed over to Lakeside, on Flathead Lake. We had booked a fishing charter to take us out on the lake for the afternoon. Once again we were skunked. A lot of people we talked to said fishing is about a month behind over there. With all the moisture and snow they'd been getting things are a little behind. But we didn't mind. It was a beautiful day to be out on the lake and too look at all the amazing houses.

After our "tour", we stopped in Big Fork for dinner at the Big Fork Inn and then headed back to the cabin.
Sunday morning we tried some shore fishing again. But not much luck again. Tim did manage to catch a tiny little perch though!
Even though fishing wasn't the best it was still nice to be at a beautiful mountain lake. It was so peaceful and relaxing. A great vacation indeed.
