Trip to Missoula

We made a trip to Missoula a few weeks ago and went to the last home Griz game.  It's a long trip to make but we always have fun.  We stayed three nights so it was a little more relaxing.

Of course we had to visit campus and go to the Bookstore so we could get Libby some griz gear!

On game day we went to the Press Box for breakfast and Bloody Mary's, as is tradition!  We then headed over to the tailgates and wandered around and talked to some family and friends that were also going to the game.

It was a pretty cold day, so we only styaed til halftime.  We all were a little chilly.  So we watched the rest of the day in the comfort of our hotel room!  Besides the game, our weekend consisted of eating and shopping!  It was nice t oget away for awhile and have a little mini vacation.

Happy Halloween!

We were really excited for Libby's first Halloween.  I'd have to say Halloween is about my favorite holiday.  It took me months to find a costume for Libby.  But I found found an adorable little black kitty costume.  I wasn't sure how she was goign to like being dressed up in a costume but she didn't seem to mind it one bit!

We started off Halloween on Saturday night. We had famimly movie night at the school where we watched "Spooky Buddies".  We've been trying to do Family Movie Night every month and so far it's going well.  the kids really seem to enjoy it.  Libby wore a special little Halloween outfit that grandma had bought.

On Halloween we got ready for the program at school.  The kids put on a Halloween concert.  I love going to those programs.  It's so much fun to see the excitement and energy of the little ones and the talent and hard work of the older students.  They did an amazing job.  After the concert the senior class had a dinner fundraiser.  It was quite a yummy meal!  Then after that they had a cake walk, pie eating contest, costume contest ad pumpkin carving contest.  Then the kids all got to go "Trunk-or-Treating".  Across the street in the church, the high school kids constructed a Haunted House in the basement.  They put alot of hard work into it and it looked amazing.  It was a great night.  We are so blessed to live in this great community!

Cutest little kitty ever!

Trip to Bozeman

We recently enjoyed a little vacation in Bozeman.  It was such a f un weekend, spent with family.  Always nice to get away for awhile.  The first stop of course was the MSU Bookstore where Tim just had to buy Libby some Bobcat gear!  Of course Tim and Libby had to have their picture taken with Emma Sue Bobcat!

That night we met up with my aunt and uncle, Dale and Corinne, and my cousin Jessica and her husband Jake and their two kids.  We had dinner together and then went to Dale and Corinnes where we played cards and visited.

The next morning we got ready for the Bobcat football game. We met Tim's sisters Carol and Colette and Colette's husband Kelly on campus.

Libby was such a little tropper. She made it through the whole game. She just sat and watched all the people and things going on around her and just entertainted herself with her toys.

Sunday we made a trip out to Rocky Creek Farm with Dale, Corinne, Jess, Jake and kids.  It was such a beautiful fall day.  We took a little hayride out to the pumpkin patch where we picked pumpkins.  Then we walked around and saw the goats, sheep, pigs and chickens.

Afterwards we went to Jess and Jakes for a birthday party for Greta, who just turned 1!

After cupcakes and presents it was finally time to come home.  It was such a great weekend.  Lots of fun and family! I'm really hoping the weather is nice next weekend so I can get my revenge on Tim and take libby to a U of M Grizzly game!!  Gotta keep her balanced right?

In other news, not quite crawling yet.  So close.  She's just too busy rolling around all over the floor, and under the couch!  She has an appointment next week.  Very curious to see how much she has grown!  Will keep you posted!

4 Months old!

Yesterday we had our 4 month old check up.  My little butterball weighs 16 pounds!  And she's grown to 25 inches!  She's developed quite the personality.  She's a people lover and loves to be in a crowd.  Very smiley and vocal!  So much fun.  We are definitely blessed!  Love our little Libs!!

17 Weeks Old

Last Monday was a big day for our little girl. She learned how to roll from her back to her tummy! And boy is she good at it. Anytime we lay her down now, she flips to her tummy. I don't think she means to do it half the time because as soon as she rolls over, she gets pretty mad. Which is funny because I know she knows how to roll from tummy to back because she did that a few weeks ago. Oh well. And also that day she discovered her right foot! I kept telling her she had toes, but she didn't believe me! We are working on finding her left foot. She found it once, but I think she forgot again. She's growing so fast I just can't believe it!

Landon's 5th Birthday

Last weekend Landon had a birthday party at the Big Timber Water Slides.  It was a great weekend for it!  Big Timber was a great meeting place since there's family in Butte, Bozeman, Billings and all of us around Judith Gap, Stanford and Lewistown.  We all met at the Frosty Freeze for lunch before hittin' the slides.  Libby got to have special cuddle time with Aunt Dauna, so Tim and I took advantage of that!  Besides all the little kids, I think the ones having the most fun were the big boys-- Shawn and Tim!  Hardly saw them all afternoon, they were too busy making big splashes!!  I managed to make a few splashes too!  It was a great birthday party.  Might have to make that a tradition!!
